From there, Dr. James attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. While in chiropractic school, Dr. James met his wife and now business partner Dr. Kelsey Stallbaumer. In June 2016, they purchased Swim Chiropractic in Hiawatha, Kansas and opened Stallbaumer Family Chiropractic LLC. Dr. James specializes in Diversified technique, which is hands-on manipulation. He is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Dr. James became interested in chiropractic after watching his parents suffer with neck and back pain through his childhood. He would go to the chiropractor with them and watch them get pain relief through the use of chiropractic adjustments. He loved the fact that the body could heal itself without the use of medicines or invasive treatments.
